I’m really upset to hear of the current difficulties befalling The HackSpace in Bretton, Peterborough.
I have watched with admiration how Tyler has built up this community project and workspace and seen the community of members grown.
See the recent news story in the Peterborough Telegraph
I’ve every confidence that they will get things up and running again soon – in the meantime if you want to find out more about the project, visit their website

In November 2021 I had the pleasure of a flash poetry residency at The HackSpace in Peterborough, which inspired this video I made for Peterborough’s Syntax Festival.
In tribute to Tyler and The HackSpace Community, I am sharing it again, this time in support of their current struggle and wish them all the best in getting this brilliant project back up and running again, either in their current location or a new home!
It’s great to have such facilities in the local community and it’s important to fight to keep them going.
